One of the oldest construction companies in Oman, Khimji Ramdas Construction has been in operation for over 50 years, providing complete turnkey solutions in construction for corporates, government bodies as well as private individuals. Our focus is on quality and we deliver this through excellence in the finished product with timely completion of the work.
Supervised by a team of highly qualified engineers who are guided by the most stringent of international and Omani standards, our skilled craftsmen realise the complex details of the consultants on every project. Equipped with an impressive inventory of our own tools, plants and heavy machinery including a fleet of specialised trucks as well as transportation and adequate labour accommodation, we are well placed to handle any project as you will see from our projects page.
Our extensive experience and interactions with the relevant authorities help with planning as well as obtaining all the necessary permits and approvals for any project. In addition to this our relationships with suppliers and subcontractors ensures prompt delivery of quality materials. Materials and support are also obtained through our synergistic relationship with other KR divisions such as KR Building Materials, KR Electrical, etc who represent various international brands. And finally to ensure timely delivery we operate on a six working day basis with the option of overtime if and when required.

We help to create reports on constructability and feasibility. Our comprehensive estimates also reflect available lower priced options This helps our clients to focus the budget on what’s critical to them.
Technology
Using the latest technology enables us to sequence work appropriately, navigate site logistics, communicate with the design team and subcontractors, check for any potential systems conflicts and model the structural systems for fabrication.
